New figures show increases in the seasonally unadjusted unemployment rates across much of Michigan. The state said Thursday that Michigan’s unadjusted jobless rate rose to 14% in July from 13.1% in June. When the rate is adjusted for seasonal changes, Michigan’s July jobless rate was 13.1%, little changed from June’s 13.2%.
