I haven’t work for 2yrs. now I have to think of the Unemployment Compensation. how much should I get?

I have been working a 44 hour week. This has been in effect for a year. Now my boss tells me that they have to cut hours. None of the other managers are getting their hours cut, only me. Do I qualify for unemployment compensation for the loss to my paycheck ?

I filed for unemployment because my employer was not scheduling me for work. After 3 weeks of this I filed for Unemployment Compensation. If you own a company and it fails can you still collect unemployment compensation? Isn’t it kind of your fault it failed? Does anyone have any evidence on a web site?

& if it comes from a “fund” that they pay into while gainfully employed, then where does the money go if they never collect unemployment compensation?

I live and perform my job in Pennsylvania. My employer is set in the state of Maine.
When I apply for unemployment compensation benefits, will I apply to Maine’s system or Pennsylvania’s?

I started to do my tax return and noticed that it only asks for taxes paid in Box 2 on W2 form but it doesn’t ask for federal taxes deducted from unemployment compensation (box 4).
Am I using the wrong form?
