Currently receiving Pennsylvania unemployment compensation, if I move to New Jersey can I still receive PA unemployment benefits? All my work experience is from Pennsylvania. I may have to move in with family in NJ because of money issues. Anyone with experience in a situation like this? Thanks!!

My wife is currently on FMLA for her back. She will be terminated soon because her back won’t be better in time to go back to work before the end of the 12 weeks she is allowed for FMLA. When she finally gets healed, will she be eligible for Unemployment compensation? We live in PA.

I heard with the new stimulus bill, that anyone who has to quit work to care for an elderly parent can draw up to 20 weeks unemployment. I know that usually if you voluntarily quit your job you cannot draw unemployment. Not only am I having to quit my job, I’m having to relocate from Virginia to Florida. I have been working a 44 hour week. This has been in effect for a year. Now my boss tells me that they have to cut hours. None of the other managers are getting their hours cut, only me. Do I qualify for unemployment compensation for the loss to my paycheck ?
